Insurance

We are an out of network provider. Depending on your plan, services may be covered at least in part. Please contact your provider to determine how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

These are the recommended questions to ask your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my insurance plan include mental health benefits? Make sure to specify the services are for out-patient benefits.
• Do I have out of network coverage?
• Does my plan have a deductible for out-of-network services? What is deductible amount and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit the number of sessions I can have each year?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Forms of Payment

We accept cash and check as forms of payment. Payment is made at the time of each session. You are provided with a statement at the end of each month for your records.  If you have OON coverage you can submit the statement to your insurance each month for your reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
